Free Delivery must be within 30 miles of any Bedding Plus location. Delivery is FREE on purchases from $699 (before tax). There is a $69.99 delivery fee for any items below $699 or outside of the 30 mile radius, but is subject to change based on delivery distance. Due to handling and disposal costs, there is a $29.99 removal fee. Bedding plus will setup only items purchased from Bedding Plus.
Mattress delivery Tuesday through Saturday only.
Prior to the established mattress delivery day, the customer will receive a phone call indicating a 3-hour time window for their next day delivery. Bedding Plus will schedule your 3-hour window as efficiently as possible. A re-delivery fee will be charged if customer is not present within the scheduled time window.
Upon mattress delivery, the bedroom is to be readied by customer to accept purchased goods. (Bedding Plus is only responsible for the delivery and setup of Bedding Plus merchandise) Upon delivery of a Bedding Plus mattress set, we will remove your old mattress set for a nominal fee. One removal per set delivered only (excludes adjustable bases, frames and beds)
You may exchange your mattress (mattress only) after 30 days from delivery for a one-time re-selection credit (minus fees) towards a mattress of equal or greater value. New mattress selection must be made prior to exchange.
Purchases under $899 subject to a $129 fee with a standard delivery fee. Purchases $899 & above are subject to a 15% restock fee along with a standard delivery fee. Standard delivery fee is: $69. Delivery fee may also vary depending on distance.
Mattresses must be kept 30 days but no longer than 90 days. Exchanges will not be accepted after 90 days. The law label must be attached to the mattress or mattress becomes ineligible for exchange. A mattress protector is highly recommended. Soiled, stained, ripped or torn mattresses are ineligible for exchanges.
Due to health and sanitary reasons all sales are final on sheets, pillows, protectors, and enhancer pads. Adjustable lifestyle bases and special order merchandise are also non-returnable/non-refundable & excluded from exchanges. Special order items are but not limited to Twin XL, Full XL, California King and non-stock items.
A customer can cancel in stock orders without a fee. Customer needs to cancel the delivery one day prior to their scheduled delivery day. They can call 985.350.1440.

Bedding Plus Employs Remarketing with Google Analytics to Advertise Online. Through Google Display Advertising, when you visit the Bedding Plus Web site, you agree to and enable Google Analytics to collect data about your traffic via the Double Click cookie in addition to data collected through the standard Google Analytics implementation. Your visit to the Bedding Plus Web site allows Google, as a first-party cookie, to allow other third parties to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your current and past visits. At any time, visitors to the Bedding Plus web site can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads by using the Google Analytics Ads Settings.
Security of Personal Information. The management of Bedding Plus limits employee access to information to those with a business reason for knowing such information. We educate our employees on the importance of maintaining confidentiality, and we enforce our privacy policies with appropriate disciplinary procedures.
Bedding Plus values your business and is committed to providing superior products and service. Each manufacturer we represent provides warranties for their products that we hold to strict standards. In the event you feel the product you purchased has failed to live up to the standards of the warranty, please contact your Bedding Plus representative or refer to the warranty booklet that accompanies each product. Your warranty protects you from the day you receive your sleep set and continues until the end of the stated warranty schedule.
If a defect that is covered under the warranty occurs during the warranty period, please adhere to the following:
- Contact your local Bedding Plus representative for store procedures
- Provide a copy of the original store receipt or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price.
- You must be the original consumer purchaser and have purchased the sleep set from an authorized dealer in the United States.
