• Lay Away

  20% down payment is required. Merchandise must be paid in full within 90 days. If not paid in full by day 90, merchandise will be released to other customers and down payment will not be refunded. Once paid in full, merchandise will only be available up to 6 months as merchandise may not be available from manufacturer. If paid in full and no re-selection is made only 80% will be refunded. Any cancelled orders after 30 days will lose 20% down payment and any additional funds put down will be returned to customer, but may take up to 10 business days depending on how the payment was originally made.

• Special Orders

  THESE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. All special orders require 33% down payment regardless if merchandise is financed. If purchase is fully financed, down payment will be refunded (if requested and not applied to order) once merchandise is delivered and signed for. Any cancelled orders will lose 33% down payment.
