Your warranty protects you from the day you receive your sleep set and continues until the end of the stated warranty schedule.

If A Warranty Problem Occurs...

If a defect that is covered under the warranty occurs during the warranty period, please adhere to the following:

• Contact your local Bedding Plus representative for store procedures
• Provide a copy of the original store receipt or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price
• You must be the original consumer purchaser and have purchased the sleep set from an authorized dealer in the United States
